By ordering from us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
All orders are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if product availability, payment issues, or unforeseen circumstances arise.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an automated confirmation via email or SMS. This confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance. Your order is only accepted once a separate order payment is confirmed and preparation begins.

Pick-up times will be shown at checkout, though they may occasionally change due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers must ensure all order details (name, address, contact number) are accurate. We are not liable for failed order deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
To enjoy your food at its freshest, we encourage you to collect your order/s within the scheduled time.
All prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) and VAT inclusive unless stated otherwise.
Accepted payment methods: PayPal (debit/credit cards), Maya, Bank Transfer/E-Wallet Transfer
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once confirmed.
Refunds or replacements may only be issued if the order delivered was incorrect. Requests must be made within 12 hours of receiving the order, with necessary evidence.
Any forms of cancellations are not allowed once order preparation has started.
Products purchased from us should be consumed immediately or within the recommended time and storage instructions provided.
We are not responsible for issues arising from improper storage, delayed consumption, and/or mishandling after delivery or pick-up.
Our business complies with the Food Safety Act of 2013 (RA 10611) and applicable food handling standards.
Our products may contain common allergens such as shellfish, dairy, soy, nuts, and/or wheat.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and notifying us of any dietary restrictions before ordering.
We take food safety and quality very seriously, and all items are prepared in accordance with industry standards. However, please note that our products are prepared in shared facilities, and we cannot guarantee that they are entirely cross-contamination free.
To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, OSAKA ICHIBA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use and consumption of our products or services.
